How much does a mold test cost?
A base test is $400 and includes two air samples or two swab samples and a written report. Extra rooms are $75 per sample. Next day lab results are $100 extra.
Do you remove the mold too?
We are a testing company. If the report calls for removal, we refer you to a remediation partner we stand behind, support you both through the job, and run the clearance test at the end.
How fast can you come out?
Usually within 24 hours in all three cities, and same day for active leaks.
Do I have to leave my home?
No. Testing is non invasive. Keep windows closed for a few hours before we arrive so the air samples are accurate.
